Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation and Sales Policy

1.1 JRay Coaching conducts thorough initial consultations to ensure client understanding and alignment of services. During consultations clients are made aware of these policies and given time to think about it before committing.

1.2 All sales are considered final upon payment.

2. Refund and Cancellation Terms

2.1 No Refunds Policy

- No refunds will be issued for:

  * Consumable products and supplements

  * Functional lab tests

  * Coaching services

  * Digital or physical resources

2.2 Service Interruption Based on Approval from JRay Coaching Staff

- In exceptional circumstances, clients may pause services only in the following medical scenarios with no money refunded:

  * Hospitalization

  * Pregnancy

  * With documented medical provider clearance

3. Service Resumption

3.1 Paused services may be resumed after:

- Submission of medical documentation

- Approval from a licensed healthcare provider

- Consultation with JRay Coaching management

4. Client Acknowledgement

4.1 Clients agree to these terms when they make their payment.
